Andrew Schein is the best! I very highly recommend him. Andrew took on a difficult task. My condo had been on the market for 4 months without any offers. The contract had expired with the previous realtor, so I decided to use that as an opportunity to get a new realtor. It was late October, and I was very stressed....needing to get my condo sold before the holidays hit/year end when selling is especially hard. Andrew got the condo staged and re-listed within a week. Within 2 weeks, we had 3 different offers!!! It was beyond my hopes. I was just hoping to sell it. But with multiples offers, we could choose! Andrew was so helpful in getting the best offers and then helping negotiate to close the sale. He's extremely detail-oriented. Reviewed the selling paperwork with me to ensure I understood everything and hadn't put incorrect information by mistake. He was easy to connect with. If something was needed asap, he'd call me directly and go over things in details with me, make sure I understood, and then help me determine best course of action. In what can be a very high stress environment, he's even tempered. Doesn't get all emotional or dramatics. He's a calming energy. He is a professional and has a vast understanding of the business. He is fair to both sides...buyer and seller. He works super hard. I wasn't worrying if he had my condo on his radar. I knew my condo was a priority.

It really doesn't get much better than Doug. I was a first time home buyer when I was working with Doug and he could not have been a better match for me. Doug was able to provide me with insight on things I knew nothing about and played a key role in making me feel 100% sure about my decisions. There was a time during the closing process where things got a little hairy and I began to stress out. I honestly don't think I would have made it through that process without Doug coaching me along the way and providing his established insight. As a first time buyer I couldn't have worked with a better realtor than Andrew. When I first met him I knew immediately that we would work well together. He is pleasant and personable and handles all matters in a professional manner. Andrew is straightforward and knowledgeable and communications were always prompt and easy. He was honest and forthright on all my questions and issues. Because of Andrew my contract was the one that was accepted. Doug was great to work with - a real gentleman. He made the process of finding our house enjoyable. He was kind, professional, thorough, and attentive to OUR needs. He drove us around until we found the perfect place -- even took us back to it after we initially scoffed at it. He was right; the house we purchased, for our price range, was the best of what we could afford. He found us a great house in a great neighborhood and held our hand the whole way through. Doug made me feel like I had someone in my corner who was sincerely there for me as he advocated for us every step of the way. I would recommend him wholeheartedly.

First, Jenny is very competent and experienced and she knows how to price, show and sell properties. She sold our property to the first prospective buyer who attended the first open house. Second, Jenny kept us extremely well informed by giving us an early education on how to sell and by responding promptly to all our emails, text messages and calls. Third, Jenny prevented me from worrying by promptly giving me the answers, guidance and reassurance I needed. Jenny is down to earth, firmly grounded, generous, kind, intuitive and deeply caring. Zach did an excellent job marketing my house and everything was first rate. Zach easily earned his commission and put extra dollars in my pocket as well. We are a recently retired couple moving back to Seattle after many years away. We found Andrew on the internet and met with him before we actually moved and found him to be personable, extremely informative and very helpful. So when we completed our move we began working with him. Andrew spent a lot of time introducing us to areas that would likely be in our price range and explaining the situation to us as buyers in a very competitive market. He paid close attention to our reaction to houses and quickly had a good grasp of all the features we most wanted (or didn't want) in a home. This became invaluable as the weeks went by, as he could preview a home for us and let us know if he thought it fit our needs well enough for us to visit it ourselves. We ultimately bid on three different houses, and Andrew was excellent at making sure all the needed steps could be carried out within the very short time window to bid (around a week). He arranged for the inspections we required; walked us through the formalities of submitting a bid as well as the process owners went through to arrive at which bid was ultimately chosen; and made sure our bids were submitted in a timely way. He also kept us apprised of where we were in the process. Andrew's knowledge of home construction and maintenance was invaluable as we assessed to what degree repairs or upgrades might be needed on any particular property. He was able to guesstimate the cost of likely repairs, as well as to refer us to numerous contractors and other specialists once our bid was selected. Even after escrow closed, Andrew has been providing suggestions for contractors to get some of the needed work done on our new home. Andrew has been great to work with because he is straightforward about what he sees as a property's good qualities and flaws, as well as about what he thinks a home will likely sell for (all are substantially above the asking price in this crazy market). He has a great sense of humor and we felt comfortable with him right away. His manner is casual but he is completely professional in his work. He was always accessible and very responsive (esp. via text), and if he didn't have the answer to a question he immediately got the answer from the right source. All in all, our experience working with Andrew was very positive. We felt we were getting good guidance all along, that he listened to us and was able to steer us toward properties we would be most likely to seriously consider, and that he wanted us to find a house that we truly felt good about. We recommend him very highly!

We worked with Zach for about 4 months before finding a house. He and his team were always eager to help and quick to respond. They were always willing to get a house showing at the drop of a hat, and was willing to give actual recommendations on if a house was not worth the price or not. Highly recommend!

Jennifer helped throughout the process of what was an "as is" estate sale home, from the point of readying/clearing the home for sale, to swift listing, showing, evaluation of multiple offers & closing. She was resourceful with great contacts to help us complete some estate property clearing, plus deep cleaning the home and extensive landscaping/clearing. What was very important for us was having a realistic eye with recommendations of what to invest in before listing the home - a reality check on things like whether or not to paint, etc. I am confident we struck the right balance there, with her help and suspect I would have wasted effort/expense on actions that ultimately were not necessary for our specific scenario. She was always open to help me run down things at the house, to open it up for pick ups, etc., during this part of the process, which in my case, living 45 minutes away, was extremely helpful. This is clearly beyond the call of duty. Thanks again very much Jenny. In evaluation of the offers, we also had to keep an eye toward the associated risks of an older home, owned by our family since 1968, that had been unoccupied for approximately 2 years. We benefitted from the excellent market, and ultimately were able to close quickly with a cash offer - very important to our specific situation with an estate. The house was open for showing and open house activity over the weekend for any offers to be received and reviewed on Monday night. Jenny reviewed them with us, helped us with title questions as we got the estate attorney's review, counter offered, and had mutual acceptance by Wednesday afternoon I believe. Our closing was complete in less than a month from the initial listing (and over the Christmas holidays). Overall, we appreciate Jenny's help and would recommend that you see her when the house has completed its renovation by a professional builder! We are confident it will be a beauty again.
