As I also happened to be relocating out of state while doing so the challenge was only furthered. Andrew's coaching, guidance, and execution couldn't have been better. I received knowledgeable guidance, great insight on areas to upgrade/repair, and solid instruction. Ultimately I received an offer within the first week and closed without issue. We met Andrew at an open house by chance and hit it off with him immediately. As first-time home buyers, we were undoubtedly a bit overwhelmed by the process and he was able to ease our concerns immediately by providing us with a step-by-step guide that he'd created for people just like us. Doug Holman's attention to detail really sets him apart from other sellers. I have sold four homes over the last 8 years and by far, Doug was the best. He stays engaged not only during the listing process but really takes the time to make sure the house is staged properly and is looking its best for a great sale. We sold our home at the slowest period of the year and he put in time to draw the few buyers in with open houses and networking with buyers agents. Doug did not encourage us to take the first offer on the table either as I have seen from other agents, he knew what we could target for a sale price and we stuck to our guns, it was worth following his good advice. I would use Doug again for either selling or buying and if you are in the market, I wouldn't recommend any other agent than Doug.

Zach is unique in a great way. I've worked with 2 real estate agents in the past with mixed results. Zach in comparison was available to answer questions throughout the process and I never felt I was on the back-burner. End result, I got a better deal than what I expected b/c of him. I'm not a fan of agents that sound more like sales trying to convince you a house is nice. Instead, Zach would let me draw my own conclusions about a property and be upfront when he thought something may be 'off'. Most important of all, it was his negotiating skills combined with his scheduling bids on needed work on the house that got me a good deal. You won't be disappointed when you choose to work with him.

Heidi was there when we needed her. She was actually showing houses at another location when we called her. She came over, showed us the house, and we put an offer in that night!<br/><br/>Heidi assisted us with all the paperwork and did a great overall job!

Doug was an invaluable resource during our home search and continues to be a huge help as we plan a major remodel in View Ridge. Relocating from Ohio, my wife and I didn’t know individual neighborhoods well or the amenities that came with, but Doug quickly got us up to speed, identifying the pros and cons of each location. And we certainly didn’t fully understand just how competitive the Seattle market was. Doug clearly explained the tactics necessary to compete in multiple offer situations when we chose to do so. He also wasn’t afraid to recommend against certain homes if the value wasn’t there. In the end, our home search took much longer and was much more exhausting that we would have ever thought possible. But Doug never wavered. He was our steady hand in the process and I can’t imagine going through something like that again without him!

I found out about Zach from his YouTube videos. Whether or not you choose him as your agent I highly recommend watching his videos to learn about the Seattle real estate market. As an agent he is exceptional. Buying a house in Seattle is fiercely competitive right now. We placed offers on 4 other houses that we were outbid on before finally finding one that we were willing to bid enough on to win. Zach was with us through the whole process and provided much needed encouragement. He arranged more showings than I can recall and prepared all our offers on extremely short notice. He also answered many of our first time home buyer questions and did everything possible to take care of the logistics for us. Zach is truly a great agent, he won't let you down.

Zach McDonald was a positive partner with us in our home sale right from the beginning, and we needed that! Even though we knew the Seattle market was easy for sellers, we were relocating and that is never simple. We also knew that there was plenty of inventory to compete at the time when we listed! But Zach's enthusiasm helped get us excited, and he was just a quick phone call away, whenever we needed him to answer questions, clarify, ect. When it came time to list, we were prepared, and amazed at how thorough he was. He posted our property on every app possible, even YouTube and Facebook! (His videographer rocks as well!) I can't say enough good things about my experience buying a home with Andrew Schein. What stands out the most is his honesty and integrity. He found the absolute perfect home for me, but before he did, I had my eye on another house. He went through the inspection report and then told me not to go for it. He had too many concerns after reading the report. I told my friends about this and they were shocked. They said their experience with realtors was they will sell anything they can ( no offense to realtors!) but Andrew was not like that at all. His background in architecture and construction puts him at the front of the line in my opinion. He knows exactly what to look for in terms of red flags. The home I got is perfect in every way and I could not have done this process without Andrew. I have not purchased a home in many years and he walked me, dare I say babysat me through the entire process which I so greatly appreciate. I will recommend him to friends and family in a heartbeat!
