How come we can only give Andrew 5 stars? he deserves 10 or more! This guy went out of his way to help me help my senior friends sell their home of over 40 years. Not only did the house need some work that he made great arrangements with amazing people to take care of, but we were at the start of Covid lock-downs and the rules were continuing to change. We needed to maximize the sale price but knew we could not risk endangering the health of the senior sellers. Andrew made it all happen amazingly. Working with and developing safe methods to show the home, hiring and coordinating all the work necessary from before the sale, as well as the work required to close the deal, and even the final clean out of unwanted stuff including appropriate recycling. He worked seamlessly and with great understanding of the special needs of seniors during the difficult time of not only selling the home but being extra cautious about health issues. I could not recommend Andrew's skills more highly. His professionalism, caring sensitivity, attention to details, depth of knowledge, and negotiating skills are over the top.
