Doug Holman's attention to detail really sets him apart from other sellers. I have sold four homes over the last 8 years and by far, Doug was the best. He stays engaged not only during the listing process but really takes the time to make sure the house is staged properly and is looking its best for a great sale. We sold our home at the slowest period of the year and he put in time to draw the few buyers in with open houses and networking with buyers agents. Doug did not encourage us to take the first offer on the table either as I have seen from other agents, he knew what we could target for a sale price and we stuck to our guns, it was worth following his good advice. I would use Doug again for either selling or buying and if you are in the market, I wouldn't recommend any other agent than Doug.

Zach is unique in a great way. I've worked with 2 real estate agents in the past with mixed results. Zach in comparison was available to answer questions throughout the process and I never felt I was on the back-burner. End result, I got a better deal than what I expected b/c of him. I'm not a fan of agents that sound more like sales trying to convince you a house is nice. Instead, Zach would let me draw my own conclusions about a property and be upfront when he thought something may be 'off'. Most important of all, it was his negotiating skills combined with his scheduling bids on needed work on the house that got me a good deal. You won't be disappointed when you choose to work with him.

I can't say enough good things about my experience buying a home with Andrew Schein. What stands out the most is his honesty and integrity. He found the absolute perfect home for me, but before he did, I had my eye on another house. He went through the inspection report and then told me not to go for it. He had too many concerns after reading the report. I told my friends about this and they were shocked. They said their experience with realtors was they will sell anything they can ( no offense to realtors!) but Andrew was not like that at all. His background in architecture and construction puts him at the front of the line in my opinion. He knows exactly what to look for in terms of red flags. The home I got is perfect in every way and I could not have done this process without Andrew. Doug Holman is the real estate expert you want on your side when you are buying a home. My wife and I were on the hunt for our first home in December 2011 when we met Doug. We were planning on meeting with several agents and picking the one who best matched our interests. We were looking for someone who was experienced, straight forward, family oriented, and who had our interests in mind and who took his job seriously. I liked Doug from his description of himself; "I'll be the 40 something 6'2" guy with a manila folder." Our first meeting went very well. This is a difficult business and there is a lot of money at stake which is not lost on Andrew. It was important to properly present our home which required painting, landscaping, cleaning, staging, even decommissioning an oil tank. Each home requires a project manager that has to arrange all these vendors and make sure they follow through. This is Andrew's strength and if you need an agent that can put the spit and polish on your home, I highly recommend Andrew. One day prior to closing, he even sent me photos of the water and e meters which is very helpful, and detail is often forgotten with other agents, that alone speaks volumes. I happened to meet Doug Holman by happenstance when I stopped by an open house for a townhome in the Greenlake area. Not a fan of most salespeople I've encountered, real estate or other, I was extremely impressed by Doug's demeanor. He immediately came off as genuine and friendly but not overbearing or pushy. I felt an instant trust and comfort with him that I decided to ask him to assist me as my agent. Initially, Doug took me out to get a feel of places or layouts I would like in my home. Without Zach's knowledge and expertise we would not have been able to secure the home that we are in. We needed to both sell and buy a house and before we ever committed to doing this, Zach consulted with us on our options and the different challenges we would face given the market at the time in early January 2020 (current market inventory, how buyers will view contingency at different times of the year, how he manages the full experience). This conversation gave us confidence that the time of the year was most advantageous given we would be on contingency. When we did decide move forward, Zach was immediately communicative and helped us to get connected across the board (loan companies he has had success with, how to setup a contingent offer for a quick close, more information about the area we were hoping to find a house in). Zach makes sure that his customers have a good idea of what to expect throughout the buying process. Part of this was weekly follow ups on how we were feeling about the process, about anything we were looking at, or especially later in the process, when under contract, updates on where his team is at with working with the other buyers and sellers to get everything sorted out. We didn't feel like we were caught off guard throughout the process which was important given the number of things that needed to happen in a short period in market where houses can go in 3 days. Last thing I would note is Zach has integrity and we were comfortable trusting him to get us through the process. There a lot of people with "real estate licenses" (read with air quotes) and Zach is a professional who understands the level of effort needed to offer a good experience for a huge life decision.
