Jenny was great - she knows her stuff, and has contacts for anything you can need as you're selling your home. Plus, her husband even came out to fix something that was beyond my expertise (which, to be clear, lots of things are beyond my handyman skills). It was truly a full-service experience!

Doug was an invaluable resource during our home search and continues to be a huge help as we plan a major remodel in View Ridge. Doug Holman's attention to detail really sets him apart from other sellers. I have sold four homes over the last 8 years and by far, Doug was the best. He stays engaged not only during the listing process but really takes the time to make sure the house is staged properly and is looking its best for a great sale. We sold our home at the slowest period of the year and he put in time to draw the few buyers in with open houses and networking with buyers agents. Doug did not encourage us to take the first offer on the table either as I have seen from other agents, he knew what we could target for a sale price and we stuck to our guns, it was worth following his good advice. We worked with Andrew in 2014 to buy our home in Edmonds, so we reached out to him when we decided to sell it in 2021 since he did a great job for us buyers back then. Andrew did a great job selling our home in 2021. He helped us prioritize the important things to get fixed, found an exterior painting contractor (which was a huge challenge due to all of them being so busy). He also was good at setting our expectations on price and how long it would take to sell. Andrew Schein is the best! I very highly recommend him. Andrew took on a difficult task. My condo had been on the market for 4 months without any offers. The contract had expired with the previous realtor, so I decided to use that as an opportunity to get a new realtor. It was late October, and I was very stressed....needing to get my condo sold before the holidays hit/year end when selling is especially hard. Andrew got the condo staged and re-listed within a week. Within 2 weeks, we had 3 different offers!!! It was beyond my hopes. I was just hoping to sell it. But with multiples offers, we could choose! Andrew was so helpful in getting the best offers and then helping negotiate to close the sale. He's extremely detail-oriented. I would absolutely use Zach again if I had the need. I was an out of state seller and it was difficult for me to keep focus on what needed to be done up in Washington state, when I was creating a new home way south in Arizona. A: Zach kept me completely informed on what was going on all the time. B: Zach managed jobs for me that I couldn't easily do as an out of state owner. He made sure the carpet was replaced and garbage/trash was removed from previous renters. I'm sure there were other things that he did but I can't recall at this point. She was in charge of making sure all open permits were settled and closed with the city as agreed upon, and even after I purchased the home, she followed through very quickly on her commitments to ensure I was satisfied as the buyer. Doug Holman’s the best. He helped me with the upleg of a 1031 exchange. I’m in the process of selling some real estate I own in California and re-invest in the Seattle area. I sold a small apartment in California without realizing how tight the Seattle market was and would have had a bad result if Doug wasn’t there to help me. Doug has such a command of the neighborhoods he works that he seems to be able to sense which properties will be best from the investment perspective. He also can look beyond the first impression and see hidden value. He has experience fixing up properties that might be undervalued in their initial state, and has an extensive list of contractors and handymen that he will recommend if the numbers work out. Around the time we started looking for a home we saw a property and used Zillow's visit the property feature. A bunch of agents contacted us, left multiple voicemails, put me on mailing lists, called from unknown numbers and left vague voicemails, none about the specific property. Andrew left one voicemail explaining that the property was pending but they we should give him a call if we'd like to see other homes. I called Andrew back and eventually my fiance and I visited him in his office near Northgate where he went over the home buying process, his credentials and answered every (exhausted) question we had. He was very patient, knowledgeable and honest. With our budget, we weren't getting a craftsman in Capitol Hill, but we could get something in Seattle that met our needs with out breaking the bank. Over the next few months we saw houses that were nice but far away, fixer-uppers, small houses, houses in a flight path, flipped houses with a premium price tag for a mediocre paint job, and others my fiance and I just didn't agree on. When he sent us a houses that we liked, he met or drove us to the property in a day or so. I was really surprised initially when he would show us all the flaws, which he saw right away with his history in construction management. One house had a really interesting plank wall, which he showed us was not insulated properly and would likely affect our energy bills. When a house had an undesirable characteristic, he was very honest about the probability of changing it and how much it would cost. We eventually found a house we really liked that was bid out of our price range. Andrew was able get a pulse on the bidding process, and we didn't even submit an offer. We were disheartened, but we didn't have to spend any money. We even backed out of an offer that got accepted after the inspection showed a multitude of problems. Andrew communicated that this was just part of the process and we moved on. Eventually we found another place we liked. Andrew arranged a pre-inspection and we submitted an offer. There were almost 10 other offers on the place, but Andrew put together a really solid offer letter and it was accepted. While researching the home buying process I found that sellers sometimes didn't accept an offer just because the offer wasn't put together well enough. Less than a month later and a document signing arthritic hand later, we had the keys. I really couldn't recommend Andrew enough!

His knowledge about Seattle helped me narrow down my targets, and finally found the home I love. - Andrew is professional. As a first-time buyer, I have a lot of noob questions. He set up a video call and educated me the process of home buying. He tried his best to answer all my questions thoroughly with patience and care. He is never impatient even when I asked repetitive questions during the home tours. Andrew significantly alleviated my anxiousness to buy a house for the first time. - Andrew never pushes the clients to increase the offer. Everyone has different preferences. An agent should never push the clients to make an offer just to get the commission. Unfortunately, we still hear or see agents like that from time to time. In contrast, Andrew wants the buyers to get the homes they really love. He even advised against making offers to houses that are not worth it. He advised something like: "this house is XXX at most", "I would not make an offer on this one", "This one would not be competitive", or "We should walk away from this one." (These are probably not his exact words.) - Andrew responds, quickly and professionally. In such a market, we often need to discuss and to make decisions quickly, which requires the communications between the buyers and the agents to be quick and clear. It sounds simple, but it is not easy and Andrew is good at it. Once I changed my mind and decided to make an offer on a home in less than 12 hours. Andrew still made it happen! I can make many more bullets, but you know what we mean. I highly recommend Andrew as a buyer's agent.

We got the house and I will recommend Zach to others. We could not see the house in person, so we needed to rely on the inspector. Andrew helped us made a counteroffer based on the inspection report and it was successful. The closing was very quick and easy. Andrew was on top of everything. After closing, we needed floor repair and an electrician right away. Andrew recommended several contractors which was extremely helpful. They all knew Andrew and we could tell Andrew was respected among these professionals. We are using Andrew’s recommendation. We plan to fix the house the best we can. We know Andrew will be around for us when we need his support. We highly recommend Andrew to anyone who wants to work on a housing project.
