I found out about Zach from his YouTube videos. Whether or not you choose him as your agent I highly recommend watching his videos to learn about the Seattle real estate market. As an agent he is exceptional. Buying a house in Seattle is fiercely competitive right now. Andrew was very friendly and professional. He explained every step of the process and guided us throughout every stage of buying our first house. We bought a home with Zach's help in Lake Forest Park. I was a first time buyer to I quite tentative and was not sure of the process and with Zach's help we were able to close the house within a month from the time we saw the house for the first time. We started looking for houses in December and we looking at house with whom so ever will respond to our query on ZIllow or Refin, but we found Zach to be the most responsive and most easy to talk about our priorities and what we were looking. Zach was very responsive and always ready to help with any questions we had. On the negotiation part, we paid the full list price of the house and there were some concession after inspection but my feeling was that we could have negotiated it a bit lower but Zach convinced me that it is not a good idea to negotiate down as the seller has other offers. I thought Zach could have done better on that front being the buyer's agent. He was being fair on both sides I guess. I guess every buyer feels that they could have squeezed it some more, so no real complains there either Overall I was very happy with the process and would definitely recommend Zach to other buyers. He was a pleasure to work with in every step of the process.

Doug Holman is a PRO in every sense of the word. Great knowledge of the greater Puget Sound Area market, intuitive customer service, and trustworthy. I worked with Andrew for almost 11 months to finally get the townhouse fitting for my budget and taste. This was my first home buying experience and I didn’t know anything about the whole process. Andrew started with educating me about all of the home buying steps, then he carefully noted what I was looking for. Next, he showed me a large portfolio of listings with different prices and characteristics to help me set my expectations. We have had the good fortune to work with Doug on two home purchases (investment properties) in the last year and he brings an incredible degree of knowledge, pragmatic strategic thinking, and most importantly EXPERIENCE to the table. Andrew came highly recommended to my wife & I by a few different friends. What initially caught my attention was his background in architecture & construction. As first-time homebuyers, having his experienced eyes on our potential homes helped us understand what types of projects would be the ones we'd want to take on versus the types that we didn't want to get involved with. Beyond his experience and knowledge base in these areas, strictly as an agent, he proved to be a very professional high-level performer. We never had problems getting in touch with him, and never felt that we were in the dark with any steps in the process. When we wanted to make an offer, the turnaround time from that decision to the moment we were e-signing was rarely longer than an hour. We did end up looking during a time when he had a vacation scheduled (yes, even real estate agents have to get away!) but he lined up exceptional coverage for us during that time and we can honestly say that it didn't hinder our search at all. Though we were looking to buy a home during the slowest time of the year (November - December), we could tell that Andrew was very accustomed to the competitive nature of the Seattle market. He knew what strategies would make offers look appealing while staying within our parameters. It also meant a lot to us that even though we were looking in a price range that is lower compared to most of Seattle, the attention that Andrew gave us was exceptional. We looked at numerous homes in a last-minute fashion, and Andrew was as eager as we were to find a time to make appointments like those work. I think it's also worth noting that he worked very smoothly in tandem with our mortgage broker, making sure no details were ever lost. Especially after talking with other friends who have been through the home buying process, we could tell that we had been working with an all-star. We would absolutely work with Andrew again whenever we make the decision to buy or sell another home.

Jenny was actually the sellers agent (I was buying) but she was such a pleasure to work with! She was in charge of making sure all open permits were settled and closed with the city as agreed upon, and even after I purchased the home, she followed through very quickly on her commitments to ensure I was satisfied as the buyer. He gave us fantastic advice on getting our house ready to sell, not only on what to change, bust also what not to waste our time and money worrying about. The photos he got of our house were so fantastic, he just got every detail right for listing the house. Andrew did a fantastic job representing both myself and my siblings during an estate sale for my brother's home. As my brother had been ill for some time, the house was in disrepair. His recommendations regarding "fixes" were spot on - not too hot and not too cold - just right to present the property in it's most favorable light while limiting expenses. I was also relieved that he managed all the work regarding these fixes as I do not reside in WA state and therefore I am unfamiliar with local contractors. Finally he handled all unique aspects of the sale given it was a probate sale while being sensitive to the "ticking clock" associated with time spent communicating with my estate lawyer, again thus minimizing expenses. We were new to Seattle and first time home buyers and could not possibly have understood what was going on in the market here. Andrew was patient with us as he taught us everything we could have possibly needed to know. His history as a high-end contractor was invaluable in "looking under the hood" at each house we would visit. Andrew made himself available at all times of the day or night to make sure we could act quickly on homes of interest. And even in the middle of the night, Andrew was extremely professional.
