Lummi Island is an island community at the southwest corner of Whatcom County, Washington, in the Salish Sea between the mainland and the San Juan Islands. It covers roughly nine square miles and is home to about 1,000 residents. The Lummi Indian Reservation lies on a peninsula east of the island but does not include the island itself.
