Steve is a real estate wizard. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, collaborated with us on choosing places to tour, and in the end, he was the one who actually found us our dream home. It was a property that was going to go quickly, but thanks to Steve's guidance, we were able to put in a competitive offer and get it accepted. Of course, Steve did not stop there! As we are first-time homebuyers, he guided us through the process from start to finish. He made sure to connect us with professionals ranging from our mortgage loan consultant to our insurance agent to our electrician. No detail was too small for Steve - from poring over condo bylaws to following up on an old boiler's warranty. His expertise in the market's geographic area was instrumental in determining a competitive purchasing price while considering the future resale value for the area. As with any home purchase, there is always a list of home inspection items and findings which are addressed and need to be attended to. Let me start by saying, in this over-saturated landscape of brokers and agents, Steve is a breath of fresh air, a diamond amidst the rubble; one who should be seriously considered to represent you.
