I can't say enough good things about my experience buying a home with Andrew Schein. What stands out the most is his honesty and integrity. He found the absolute perfect home for me, but before he did, I had my eye on another house. He went through the inspection report and then told me not to go for it. He had too many concerns after reading the report. I told my friends about this and they were shocked. They said their experience with realtors was they will sell anything they can ( no offense to realtors!) but Andrew was not like that at all. His background in architecture and construction puts him at the front of the line in my opinion. He knows exactly what to look for in terms of red flags. The home I got is perfect in every way and I could not have done this process without Andrew. I have not purchased a home in many years and he walked me, dare I say babysat me through the entire process which I so greatly appreciate. I will recommend him to friends and family in a heartbeat!

I knew selling my late mother's house would be a challenge. It was a modest house in a great neighborhood with views of the Space Needle and downtown but had not been updated in the 47 years my mother had lived there. Choosing the right realtor who could show its potential and generate a lot of interest would be the key factor in having a successful sale. After interviewing several candidates I felt that Andrew was that person. His knowledge of the neighborhood, negotiating experience and background in construction was a definite plus. After meeting with me several times to discuss strategy, Andrew created a marketing plan and timeline that would maximize exposure and encourage multiple offers, which was my goal. Andrew then executed his plan and after an extended showing period several strong offers were received, with the winning offer considerably higher than the listing price. Needless to say I was very pleased with the overall experience and outcome. I would definitely recommend Andrew for anyone looking to sell their house, especially if it is a "diamond in the rough" as was my mother's.

Andrew came highly recommended to us. After interviewing a few agents it was clear we wanted to work with Andrew. We were selling my mom’s house that she had lived in for 55 years in Seattle but we were living in Portland which included additional logistic issues for us. The home hadn’t been updated at all but very well maintained. Andrew's background in construction and design really helped in making decisions on how to market the home and knowing how to show the home which included incredible staging and photography. We never had problems connecting with him, he was always available. Andrew went above and beyond for us. He made us feel like we were his only clients. The home was on the market for one week and brought in multiple offers higher than the listing price. Needless to say we were very pleased with the entire process and outcome. It's really great to work with Zach. I can feel his passion for his job, which then leads to an outstanding customer service. He responded to all my questions quickly, even on Sunday, and gave informative answers. He broke down the complicated process of home buying to smaller steps that I could easily follow even I have no background. There is another point I really want to highlight. He always gave me his own opinions about the properties we looked at in an honest and critical way, but at the same time, he never persuaded nor dissuaded me to make any decisions. Not all agents can keep this boundary clear and comfortable, and Zach did an excellent job. I would highly recommend him if you are searching for a real estate agent, and I would like to work with him again if I want to buy a second place.

Working with Zach was great. We needed to both sell and buy a house and before we ever committed to doing this, Zach consulted with us on our options and the different challenges we would face given the market at the time in early January 2020 (current market inventory, how buyers will view contingency at different times of the year, how he manages the full experience). This conversation gave us confidence that the time of the year was most advantageous given we would be on contingency. When we did decide move forward, Zach was immediately communicative and helped us to get connected across the board (loan companies he has had success with, how to setup a contingent offer for a quick close, more information about the area we were hoping to find a house in). Zach makes sure that his customers have a good idea of what to expect throughout the buying process. Part of this was weekly follow ups on how we were feeling about the process, about anything we were looking at, or especially later in the process, when under contract, updates on where his team is at with working with the other buyers and sellers to get everything sorted out. We didn't feel like we were caught off guard throughout the process which was important given the number of things that needed to happen in a short period in market where houses can go in 3 days. Last thing I would note is Zach has integrity and we were comfortable trusting him to get us through the process. There a lot of people with "real estate licenses" (read with air quotes) and Zach is a professional who understands the level of effort needed to offer a good experience for a huge life decision. I would recommend Zach to anyone I know.

Doug Holman did an excellent job in representing me in my recent purchase of a Bellevue home. Doug identified the property and helped me negotiate a great purchase price. This was extremely difficult because the house was a bank owned foreclosure property. After the difficult closing process, Doug used his extensive network of contacts to help me repair damaged items in house. I would highly recommend Doug as both a buyer agent and listing agent. We met Andrew after contacting him regarding a condo that he had listed in Northeast Seattle. Andrew took the time to give us an understanding of the condo market in the area, showing us representative recent sales and talking through various elements of value. His evaluations on pricing of units that we considered were spot-on. He had an excellent grasp of our goals and made sure they were reflected in our purchase negotiations. Andrew was responsive to process questions and made sure that he was available in the days before closing to address last-minute issues that arose, even returning a bit early from a scheduled volunteer trip to Mexico.
